Our audit work provides quality, integrity, technical excellence, exceptional service and a broad understanding of financial and nonfinancial factors. Our main international audit engagements include:

  • Audits of consolidated financial statements of companies with foreign operations whereby Flynth acts as group auditor

  • Audits of reporting packages prepared for consolidation purposes, whereby Flynth reports to a foreign audit firm

  • Other assurance and advisory engagements such as tax compliance services, transfer pricing and other tax advisory services.

Flynth has been licensed by the AFM (‘Autoriteit Financiële Markten’, the Dutch regulatory body for audit firms in the Netherlands) to perform audits and such, the AFM supervises Flynth. We stand for audit quality. This is also confirmed by file reviews performed by the relevant authorities.

Our role as external auditor is focused on providing assurance on the financial statements that you draw up. Added value arises if, in addition to performing the audit, we are your trusted advisor in the financial-business field within the limits imposed by our legislation. This role of trusted advisor is, in our opinion, an important part of our added value.
